Does Zalotoy use discreet packaging?
Of course! Your pleasure is your business, not your prying postie’s or your nosy neighbour’s, so rest
assured your order won’t draw any attention. All of our packages are either plain brown boxes.
Please keep in mind
1. Our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Zalotoy.uk will try to minimize any potential delays
2. Unreachable upon shipment’s arrival and incorrect consignee's information (such as a delivery address, contact number, or consignee's name). In this case, we are not able to file a refund for you. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact the customer service team via support@zalotoy.co.uk with your order number and correct information before shipment.

Please note, we do not accept exchanges and/or returns for any opened or used products. To be eligible
for a refund or exchange on a damaged item, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the

My item is faulty, how do I return or exchange it?

- What the item and fault are
We’ll assess your item and let you know the outcome of our inspection and who will be responsible for
return shipping.

Exchange
We do not recommend exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we suggest placing a new order for the
desired item and returning the original one for a refund.
For the below circumstances, we don't accept a refund request without return. But we can offer a
coupon
for your next order.

- Don't like the item;
- Not fit as expected without any quality problems;
