Of course! Your pleasure is your business, not your prying postie’s or your nosy neighbour’s, so rest
assured your order won’t draw any attention. All of our packages are either plain brown boxes.

2. Unreachable upon shipment’s arrival and incorrect consignee's information (such as a delivery address, contact number, or consignee's name). In this case, we are not able to file a refund for you. for a refund or exchange on a damaged item, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the

return shipping.

We do not recommend exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we suggest placing a new order for the
desired item and returning the original one for a refund.
For the below circumstances, we don't accept a refund request without return. But we can offer a
coupon
for your next order.

- Don't like the item;
- Not fit as expected without any quality problems;
